The Spanish classes (Spanish I through IV) spread Christmas cheer by going caroling to the elementary grades. The students taught the chorus of the song “Navidad, Turrones y Mazapán” to the younger students so they could sing along. A villancico is the Spanish word for a Christmas carol. The elementary students enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the Spanish students had the opportunity to practice their language skills in a fun and engaging way.
¡Feliz Navidad!
