The varsity girls left at 3:00 P.M. today February 6th to fly off to face the Tiffin Calvert girls. The game tip off is at 6:15 P.M. and they will hopefully come back home with a win. Good luck Ladies!

Big and Little Reading
This morning all the upperclassmen got together with their designated little brothers and sisters to read a book in the gym. This took around ten minutes and it was getting us prepared for next week where the bigs and littles will spend more time together.
Junior Class Pizza Fundraiser was a Success
The junior class fundraiser was a major success and sold over 150 pizzas. They would like to thank everyone who purchased a pizza and supported their class. They had a blast making all of the pizzas.
Morning Madness
The basketball season is on its way for the varsity girls and boys. All basketball players in grades 9-12 had to be up at 5 am for the first practice of the year. The players ran hard and are excited for this season.
Guest Speaker Damon West
This morning grades 4-12 and teachers sat and listened to speaker Damon West. Damon is an award winning author and motivational speaker. He spoke about his life story and how he overcame addiction. The students enjoyed his speech and learned how to be a, “Coffee Bean!”

History on Halloween is an annual event/assignment on October 31 for grades 7-12. Based on their grade, students have different guidelines for which person in history they can dress up as. Students get graded for staying dressed up for their chosen person throughout the whole. Everyone looks forward to History on Halloween!

The Cross Country team ran fast and hard at Huron’s meet last Saturday.
