The Ohio Department of Transportation conducted a traffic study to determine the safest and most efficient way for parents to drop off their children at school. They found that all parents should drop their children off alongside the curb in front of the school on Catawba Ave. They should not drop off their children on Concord Ave. because that is where the school parking lot is. Parents pulling over on the side of Concord Ave. to drop their children off or quickly pulling in and pulling out of the school parking lot on Concord Ave. create a disruption to the flow of traffic on Concord Ave. This causes congestion on Concord Ave.
