The Ottawa County Top Ten Banquet is an annual event that celebrates academic excellence among students in Ottawa County, Ohio. This year’s event was held at the Liberty Aviation Museum in Port Clinton on April 17. Representing Put-in-Bay High School this year was senior, Emil Michael and his honored educator, Mrs. Carol Cerny. Also in attendance at the event were Superintendent Scott Mangas, School Board President J.R. Domer, Guidance Counselor Margie Warnicke, and Emil’s parents, Nick and Simona Michael.
