Quiz bowl vs Comunity

SJCC Quiz Bowl Meet
On October 23, the quiz bowl team traveled to St. Joseph Central Catholic High School. They played three different schools and beat the SJCC quiz bowl team. While they were close to winning the other two games, they went home with a 1-2 score.

Guest Speaker Damon West
This morning grades 4-12 and teachers sat and listened to speaker Damon West. Damon is an award winning author and motivational speaker. He spoke about his life story and how he overcame addiction. The students enjoyed his speech and learned how to be a, “Coffee Bean!”

Cross Country Meet At Ottawa County
The Cross Country team attended the Oak Harbor School meet on Tuesday Sep, 24. All the runners tried their hardest. Eli Heinemann ran a 15:18 minute 2 mile which is his new personal best. After the meet the runners went to dinner and stayed the night on the mainland at the Country Inn Suites Hotel....
