The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department brought one of their K-9 dogs to Put-in-Bay School to introduce the students to Put-in-Bay’s new K-9 dog. Friday, February 9 is Science Fair! Students in grades 7-12 will present their semester-long project boards in the morning to local judges with hopes of advancing to districts. Then, the entire school will spend the day participating in science games and activities. Be sure to make those final touches to your boards!
Come enjoy tasty concessions while cheering the Panther Basketball teams this Saturday! Sales contribute to the junior and senior class funds. The concession stand is located in the multipurpose room and opens at 10am.
The Panther Basketball teams will depart on Thursday, December 7 for Mackinac Island. Friday and Saturday will consist of games between the Put-in-Bay, Beaver, Washington, and Mackinac teams. All games will be live-streamed on the Put-in-Bay Athletics YouTube page. Good luck, Panthers!

On November 2, parent/teacher conferences will be occurring at school from 1-5 p.m. Parents will be able to talk to Put-in-Bay School teachers about their children’s education.
On November 2, the seniors will be making and delivering deliciously homemade pizzas through Pasquale’s. Deliveries will be brought to your residence between 4 to 8 p.m. and pickup begins at 3 p.m. Don’t forget to grab your pizza! The seniors thank all those who contributed to their class fundraiser.
Students at Put-in-Bay School will be partaking in the ACT test on October 28. The test will run from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. in the school’s multipurpose room. The ACT test is a standardized placement with English, Math, Reading, and Science sections. Universities use the scores from this test as a factor in admitting or rejecting...
