Spanish high school students each prepared and served their own Spanish dish to pass out on April 16th. All students and faculty members were treated to a plate of authentic Spanish food to enjoy. Cuisine Day was a great success, and the whole school had a great time.

Government Trip to Federal Courthouse
Mr. Shuffenecker took his government class on a trip to the federal courthouse. The class was given a complete tour of the courthouse and even got to watch a plea deal take place. The class got to eat pizza with the judge and learned plenty about the legal system.
Murder Mystery
Mr. Kowalski set up and hosted a murder mystery for all students, 7-12, to participate in. The defense team of Caleb Kowalski, Dominik Kruzynski, Aayden Kruzynski, and Lear Cooks persuaded the jury to give Mrs. Cerny an innocent verdict. The murder mystery was a great success.
Veterans Day Assembly
The junior high and high school students each read a short, heartfelt speech for all veterans in attendance. The senior class created a short video for the veterans that was presented at the assembly as well. Grades 4-8 sang a list of songs for the veterans. The assembly went great!
Quiz Bowl Brain Games
The Quiz Bowl team appeared on live TV on Monday, October 27 for BGSU Brain Games. They participated against North Baltimore. Unfortunately, Put-in-Bay lost but the kids met up with former Put-in-Bay students Ava Heineman and Elias Wright.
Junior High Volleyball Game
The junior high ended the volleyball season with a game against NOCA. It was a hard fought game, and the team played very well in their first junior high game. This concluded the volleyball season.
Quiz Bowl Meet
The Quiz Bowl team hosted a Quiz Bowl tournament on September 16. Consisting of four schools in total, each team played three games all together. Put-in-Bay won the last two they played against Fremont Ross and Tiffin Calvert but lost the first with a close score against Old Fort. After all of the games were...
