Spanish high school students each prepared and served their own Spanish dish to pass out on April 16th. All students and faculty members were treated to a plate of authentic Spanish food to enjoy. Cuisine Day was a great success, and the whole school had a great time.

Government Trip to Federal Courthouse
Mr. Shuffenecker took his government class on a trip to the federal courthouse. The class was given a complete tour of the courthouse and even got to watch a plea deal take place. The class got to eat pizza with the judge and learned plenty about the legal system.
Murder Mystery
Mr. Kowalski set up and hosted a murder mystery for all students, 7-12, to participate in. The defense team of Caleb Kowalski, Dominik Kruzynski, Aayden Kruzynski, and Lear Cooks persuaded the jury to give Mrs. Cerny an innocent verdict. The murder mystery was a great success.
Pi Day
Mr. Kowalski brought pies for all the students to celebrate Pi Day. Everyone was very appreciative and enjoyed the delicious pies!
Boy’s Basketball Tournament
The varsity boys concluded their season by taking home third place in the Harvest Temple’s end-of-season basketball tournament. A total of eight teams competed in this tournament.
Veterans Day Assembly
The junior high and high school students each read a short, heartfelt speech for all veterans in attendance. The senior class created a short video for the veterans that was presented at the assembly as well. Grades 4-8 sang a list of songs for the veterans. The assembly went great!
Red Carpet Day
Students dressed up in their most fabulous outfits for red carpet day. Red carpet day is a part of student council’s red ribbon week, which encourages students to live a long, properous drug free life.
